principal consultant, culture shift collective
We are dedicated to creating a positive shift and reframing systems towards a more equitable future for creatives in the workplace.
As a collective of educators and facilitators with over ten years of personal and professional experience around systems change, program creation, workshop training, and executive coaching, we are willing and energized about starting and facilitating hard conversations. With all our work being grounded in a passion for equity and diversity, we begin by developing a shared language.
CO-founder, families for black lives
Over 500 people joined together on Saturday, June 20, 2020, on the Rose Bowl Lawn for a free family-friendly, socially distant, peaceful event in solidarity with Black Lives Matter. Together we sang, danced, mourned, and celebrated what it means to be Black in America. All families were given free Family Protest Kits and postcards created by local artist ByMrsJames (image above.).
